WIMTW is a Saturday publication of The Juice: highlighting what I’m actively creating in my life and (hopefully) inspiring you to create more in yours.

THIS WEEK I MADE

I walked up the steps of a cathedral in central Lisbon early yesterday evening.

Holy. Sacred. Unfamiliar.

I’m exploring the multitude of sacred places available at a moment’s notice, even religious ones I had never considered.

Finding comfort in wooden pews and stained glass.

Savoring silence and healing in solitude.

I find God in mysterious places — ordinary moments that remind me how universally linked life is. Cups of coffee. Park benches. Out of the blue messages. Quotes from books. Missed phone calls. Yoga Mats. Meditation Cushions.

God can also be found in the obvious.

I spent 30 minutes sitting in a church pew. Eyes closed. Deep meditation. Prayers on prayers unchaining from my heart and becoming repeated in my mind. My artist date was a soulful one this week…a much-needed one.

THE12 is a six-month journey with 12 women, exploring — real life — while deepening into an enriched version of self. Think: Creative ascension. Spiritual Depth. Discovery of the Voice. Mom & money stuff (they’re connected). Feeling Enough.

Both a container of ascension and integrator of prosperous living — THE12 exists in the form of IRL gatherings (retreating to Puglia, Italy) and online group co-creation.
