Very rarely about Juice but often about truth.
The Juice is a space for truth and freedom through the lens of creative storytelling and visual musings. As the creator (hi, it’s Mindy), I have been craving a sense of creative safety, refuge, and security far away from algorithms, comparison, and false imagery of filtered happiness and half-told stories.
The Juice is a space to be real.
For as long as I can remember (hi, it’s Mindy again), I made messes. Food never quite makes it from plate to mouth. Glassware slipped right through well-intentioned hands and onto carpets. Spilled nail polish on wooden tables. Broken bones. Painting outside of lines. Ransacked closets with clothes scattering the floor. Tripping. Stumbling. Figuring it out. Not quite getting it right.
Trial, error. Good intentions, clumsy execution.
Never feeling enough.
As I grew, making messes became synonymous with shame, criticism, doubt, and judgment, so I learned how to glide gracefully through life. Built on false pretenses, my messes went away. No mess, no problem. No mess, no one has to know the truth of who I am — a gaping hole of empty self-worth.
It wasn’t until I embraced the messier side of myself (and life) that it became much more interesting. In fact, it became much more whole. vibrant. freeing and fun. I became whole.
The Juice is a sacred space to be a mess — enough.

Meet Mindy, creator of Liberté.
She is a multifaceted facilitator and teacher (writer, speaker, mover, retreat facilitator, leader of truth) who is obsessively curious about freedom, prosperity, and enoughness. She bores easily, so is in constant pursuit of creative endeavors, interesting adventures, conversations with strangers, spiritual growth, and human evolution. Mindy touches fires so you don’t have to and will not hold back from generously sharing lessons of wisdom acquired from recovering from a burnt hand.
