The cosmos have shifted and I am feeling fiesty enough to send a double podcast recording today (!!!) It feels like a lot of karmic loops and cycles and have come to an end, including my habitual state of keeping my opinions quietly to myself.
We're entering a brand new space of speaking more truth, caring more about people, harnessing community and being an integrity to what we do and how we show up in the world. So…here’s some truth bombs — for the sake of integral liberation.
An honest glimspe into my thoughts on what’s failing in the wellness industry.
The facade. The perfectionism. The having it all together.
The outsourcing of your power to other people.
The real work is to redefine and rediscover self-trust and strengthen that trust muscle so we can practice discernment and self-sovereignty — deciding what type of leadership is for me, what teachers are for me, what experiences are for me. Where do I have trust and where am I going, and how can I forge that relationship between mind-body-spirit. Creating a connection to GOD and listen to what I need in every single moment.
That's really what's lacking. We're outsourcing our actual connection to Source and giving it to wellness leaders that are misrepresenting and misusing our money, our trust, our time, and our inutive wisdom all for the sake of growing their own businesses.
